Each of us has a voice, a frequency, a sound that we send into the world.  The universe mirrors our unique vibration back to us.  It is reflected in what we see and echoed in what we hear.  The life energy inside of us feeds these frequencies.  Are you aware of yourself…what do you hear and what do you see?  

A humbling way to help connect with our frequency is to listen to the words that manifest when we talk about others.  How we view others and the world around us can provide great insight to ourselves.  Replace all the negative things you say about others with “I” and repeat the words.  What do you hear?  If we are truly connected to our inner light and love and compassion the words we repeat back will be energetically positive and life enhancing.  If not, it is a message from the universe of where we need to grow and evolve.
