The challenges of the world and how they manifest in our daily lives creates endless opportunities within each of us to connect to new filters of understanding, grow, evolve and connect with new possibilities of being, seeing and experiencing life and humanity. It is empowering to know we have the ability to change and grow within ourselves and how we express ourselves in the world. The change you seek in the world around you…it truly does start with you.

I use my sensitivities to help people integrate awareness, balance and relaxation within their bodies.  Connecting to a more peaceful center within creates a more joyful, calm and heart-centered space to support each of us in navigating life's endless currents.

I provide Resonance Repatterning® and Qigong services to those who are ready to connect with new possibilities in their lives.  I view this relationship as a partnership in which each individual takes ownership for and is an active participant in their own journey.  Together we work to identify and disconnect from the root cause of problem patterns manifesting in an individual’s world, and plant and nurture new seeds of possibilities.
